Organic Medium Grind Cornmeal makes incredible cornbread, providing a rich flavor and great texture. We grind 100% whole grain organic corn to create a lightly textured meal perfect for cornbread, cornmeal mush, pizza crust, and more.Our cornmeal, like many of our corn products, is made from the highest quality yellow corn. Unlike degerminated cornmeal, our cornmeal contains the vital nutrients of the corn germ and endosperm, with zero saturated fat.
