Blue Moose of Boulder Original Hummus: The classic. A creamy combination of chickpeas, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon. All of our products are hand-crafted in small batches with tasty, all-natural ingredients and not a single preservative, or cut corner whatsoever. We use Cold Pressure, also known as High Pressure Processing (HPP), instead of high heat, to keep our products fresh, and to maintain vitamins and minerals.
